The practice is led by Marie-Aude Ziadé.
Marie-Aude started her career in international arbitration at White & Case LLP. She has conducted major arbitral proceedings both as external counsel and General Counsel of large companies (Arkema, Amazon, Areva – now Orano).
Her experience both in international law firms and legal departments of groups of companies operating worldwide, allows Marie-Aude to provide for expert but always business-oriented solutions.
Marie-Aude acts as counsel and arbitrator.
CBR et Associés represent corporates, international organizations and Directors & Officers under the arbitration rules of all major institutions both in France (French Association of Arbitration – AFA, Paris Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris – CMAP, etc.) and internationally, in commercial and investment matters (International Chamber of Commerce – ICC, London Court of International Arbitration – LCIA, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce – SCC, Singapore International Arbitration Center – SIAC, International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes – ICSID).
The team also has a specific experience of ad hoc arbitral proceedings.
The firm further handle pre and post arbitration proceedings: constitution of the arbitral tribunal, urgent interim measures, enforcement or annulment of arbitral awards.
