Judith Vuillez becomes a litigation partner in 2002.<\/p>\n

Judith Vuillez has developed experience and know-how in commercial and business litigation (commercial contracts, selective distribution, franchise, commercial agents, trademark licenses, unfair competition, misleading advertising, asset and liability guarantees), corporate litigation, unfair competition and commercial practices, contractual and tort liability, etc.).<\/p>\n

She has particularly specialized in the sectors of the sports industry (sports equipment, sponsorship contracts, etc.), tobacco products (Evin law, advertising, product liability, regulatory, legal lobbying), luxury products and accessories (glasses, perfumes, hair \/ cosmetic products) and consumer products (hygienic, maintenance, cosmetic). She frequently assists, in addition to French companies (manufacturers, suppliers or licensees) in these sectors, mainly American and European clients.<\/p>\n

As a litigator for 23 years, Judith Vuillez regularly represents her clients before the commercial and civil courts, but also before the criminal courts for criminal business law issues and economic criminal law.<\/p>\n

In addition to her litigation activity, she regularly advises clients (in particular for commercial contracts pertaining to the core business of her clients, and regulatory issues). Her knowledge of the business sectors and business models of her clients enables her to offer her clients high added value and tailor-made services that are as close as possible to their expectations and constraints.<\/p>\n
