The M&A\/private equity team is headed up by four partners: Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Carreras, Fran\u00e7ois Le Roquais, Matthieu Bringer and Olivier Debeine. They are assisted by experienced associates in the area of corporate and business law.<\/p>\n

The team specialises in M&A, private equity, securities issuance, commercial transactions and general corporate law issues. The partners work as a team, advising our clients on complex deals.<\/p>\n

The team has wide experience in cross-border transactions. The firm\u2019s clientele is made up of international clients, with the partners representing international clients for their investments in France as well as French clients for their international investments. For international transactions, the firm works with a network of \u201cbest friends\u201d and Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Carreras is also admitted to the New York Bar.<\/p>\n

The M&A\/private equity and restructuring teams advise clients on out-of-court arrangements and court proceedings for preventing or handling problems encountered by companies during reorganisations, investments, disposals or acquisitions.<\/p>\n

The corporate M&A team draws on the expertise of the tax and employment law teams.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its experience and responsiveness, the team is able to provide clients with highly personalised advice that is focused on their industries.<\/p>\n
